Raydesk is a user desktop environment that allows for remote execution of programmes from a server. It speeds up administration of the entire network.
Raydesk utilises the Sun Ray thin client technology and other solutions based on terminals. All programs, including the desktop workplace, are run and administered from a remote server or a server farm.
Each user is equipped with a Sun Ray terminal or a regular PC. The terminal is connected to a powerful server or a server farm that runs the Raydesk software. In case the performance of the individual terminals needs to be increased it is only necessary to upgrade the server hardware.
