Stickfish relocating its offices, and turnover for the first two

Summer usually isn't the time for big changes, on the contrary, it is time to refuel one's strength for the finishing straight – the end of the year. Nevertheless, we take the liberty to share a few interesting pieces of information with you this way. They concern quite significant changes to the way our company operates on the market.

First and foremost, we would like to thank all those who kept us in their good graces while we underwent a company reformation process, as you've probably had to endure some missed deadlines, or trouble when trying to get hold of project coordinators.

We can say, that after a short time of our presence on the market, we reached (even in Slovakia) a position we had not expected. This dramatic expansion is still a cause of significant organizational problems. That is, however, only because we try to do our best at fulfilling your requirements and reaching out to you. To this day, Stickfish, Ltd. achieved 4.2 million crowns in contracts, and 3.6 million in turnover.

In view of these changes, we announce relocation of Stickfish legal office, and most importantly, an establishment of a new office intended for potential negotiations and quality project management. Our new office can be found at the following address: Stickfish, Ltd., Řehořova 1039/54, 130 00 Prague 3. Office telephone number remains unchanged: +420 777 993 222. There also is a new telephone and fax number: +420 222 731 202.

On June 2, 2003 our company became a VAT payee. This means an obligation to pay the VAT in regular intervals has arisen, and we also need to charge VAT in objective amount to all provided services. For this reason, all payment schedules will be unified to retroactive calendar payments. For you this means you have to pay after a service has been provided. Effective September 21, 2003 our Tax Number changes to 003-26729687.

On June 16, 2003 Mr. Vítězslav Válka became a director of our company, and also its second agent. Mr. Petr Švestka was recalled from the position of an agent.
