In November, AbcLinuxu.cz Was The Most Visited Portal
In November of 2004, visitors spent more than half a million minutes on the AbcLinuxu.cz portal (iAudit statistics). We recorded 64,621 unique visits which means an increase by 19 per cent. Fo the first time ever, we were the most visited Linux portal in the .cz domain. That means we overtook the longtime leader - ROOT.cz.
AbcLinuxu.cz is a web portal with a tradition of several years. From its beginning it focused on collecting information and advice for Czech Linux users. On November 3 we introduced a new modern design. Introduction of a well received new design, continuous expansion of offered services, and unwavering efforts for improving the general impression of our visitors -- all that lead to the mentioned attainment of leading position in the number of visits among Czech Linux servers. Many new features are planned for the year 2005, for example AbcLinuxu Club, or training seminars with top Czech specialists. On top of that we will launch blogs, and personal advertising.
